Vladimir Rangeloff is the Head of the Corporate and M&A practice at Kambourov & Partners, bringing over 25 years of leadership in handling significant corporate and M&A projects in Bulgaria. He specialises in advising international clients on complex, large-scale transactions, both local and cross-border, with expertise in M&As, corporate finance, private equity investments, de-mergers, business separations, and the restructuring of newly acquired enterprises.

Vladimir has a strong track record in managing pivotal transactional mandates, including leading the €1.2 billion sale of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company to United Group, a landmark transaction in the local and Central and Eastern European markets.

He advises international strategic investors and financial sponsors on high-value acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings. Vladimir excels in transaction structuring, due diligence, and guiding clients through complex approval processes, and has been instrumental in coordinating cross-border projects with multiple stakeholders and international counsel.

His experience spans regulated industries such as energy, telecommunications, and refining, where he has provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
