Veronika Hadjieva’s experience spans over 20 years of assisting domestic and international clients in large-scale, local and cross-border transactions, and the entire range of corporate matters.

She frequently assumes a leading role in domestic and trans-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investments, divestments, consolidations, de-mergers, business separations, corporate structuring, legal and financial analysis of a company’s capital and equity structure, and reorganisation of a company’s legal forms, including unbundling. Veronika also supports clients through the whole range of incorporation, management and corporate governance matters.

In recent years, Veronika has been active in a wide range of sectors, including IT, telecommunications, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, and transport, having acted as a team leader for a range of companies and PE funds (Triton Partners, Arlington Capital Partners, United Group, Vivacom, Webjet, Silverfleet, Verisk, Abris Capital Partners, Francisco Partners, Bisam, Stillfront, Yotpo, FinAnalytica, Pros Holding) on acquisitions, sales and other corporate transactions.

Some of her recent mandates include the sale of United Group’s passive infrastructure to Tawal; the equity purchase of August Research by Arlington Capital Partners; the acquisition of Dentatechnica and Dentstore by Abris Capital Partners; the Bulgarian aspects of the carve-out and Triton Partners’ acquisition of Siemens Energy’s high-voltage component business Trench; Alychlo’s sale of Ceres Pharma; and the sale of Vivacom to United Group.
