Ivaylo Nikolov has been a key member of Kambourov & Partners since 2009, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the firm's Litigation, Arbitration & ADR practice. He specialises in handling complex individual claims across various industries, including banking and finance, energy and project finance, insurance, and public procurement.

With extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings, Ivaylo is well-versed in the procedures for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. His professional background includes a significant tenure as Head of the Legal Division of the Post-Privatisation Control Agency (PPCA), where he led legal operations before joining the firm.
