Career

Thierry Titone advises corporate clients on the organisation of their activities, from sourcing to marketing products and services. He advises on industry/distribution relations and the organisation of networks in France and abroad (e-commerce, franchising, selective networks, etc.). He also handles cases involving anti-competitive practices (advice, compliance and litigation), restrictive practices and merger control in support of the M&A teams. He is the author of numerous articles and recently co-authored a book on risk management, standards and product compliance. He is a lecturer at the DJCE, Distribution Certificate in Montpellier. Before joining the legal profession, he held a legal position with the Elf group (Total) for 9 years. He is a lecturer at the Montpellier Faculty of Law and Political Science, as part of the DJCE Certificate of Specialised Studies in Economic Law, on the subject of Industry/Commerce relations. He also lectures on Compliance, Governance, Standards and Product Regulation at Toulouse Business School, as part of the specialised Legal Management Masters.
