Philippe Moncorps, Partner since 2017, supports our practice in the media and new technologies sectors. An expert in changes in the audiovisual industry (content production and protection, advertising models and brand content issues, etc.), he has extended his practice to other business sectors, which are also faced with the issues of accelerated digitalisation. He advises on and litigates cases involving intellectual property law, press law and audiovisual and film production regulations, as well as commercial and criminal law. He began his career as a lawyer, practising for 14 years with Cabinet Louis Bousquet (1992-2006) on litigation cases for the entire TF1 Group, particularly in the fields of press law and intellectual property. He then joined the TF1 Group as Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, reporting to the General Secretary (2006-2010), then Legal Director of Information and Legal Affairs, reporting to the Legal Director of the TF1 Group (2011-2017).
