Julie Bader is a specialist in legal and regulatory strategy in the FinTech and Tech sectors. She joins De Gaulle Fleurance in April 2023 to participate in the development of the On-chain Finance practice. Julie Bader’s expertise enables her clients to comply with the regulatory framework applicable to their activities. In particular, she supports companies in matters relating to digital finance (investment platforms, participative financing, crypto-assets, etc.) and digital topics applied in the banking and financial sector (blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc.). She supports companies and financial entities in their compliance with the recent MiCA, Pilot Regime and DORA Regulations. Julie Bader has also developed expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in the digital and IT fields and supports companies on RGPD compliance.
