Position

Emmanuel joined Fairway as a partner in February 2013 to lead the firm's tax practice.

He assists French and international investors (institutional investors, real estate companies, developers and other investment funds), credit institutions and financial institutions, in both real estate and corporate tax matters.

He also advises clients on tax litigation.

Career

Emmanuel began his career at Shearman & Sterling in 2000 before joining Brandford-Griffith & Associés to create the tax department with Pierre Ullmann, which they left together in 2006 to join Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where Emmanuel developed a recognized expertise in real estate and transactional taxation as well as personal taxation
