Andrew trained at Hill Dickinson LLP and was made partner in 2022.
His practice focuses on disputes between corporates and the shareholders of both public and private companies. He represents individuals in respect of reputation management, with particular focus on shareholder activism and online publications concerning company officers.
Whilst most of his practice is in the High Court, Andrew also acts in arbitrations and other forms of ADR. Andrew is highly experienced in appellate matters and has represented clients in bringing cases to both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
Andrew acts for a number of high net worth individuals and family offices. He typically acts against leading City firms and often takes over the conduct of cases mid-litigation, where clients are dissatisfied with their original representation.
He is recognised as a leading individual by Legal 500.
