I am a partner in the Hill Dickinson corporate team, specialising in debt capital markets transactions and private credit. My practice covers both private placements and debt issuances in the public markets and I have extensive experience of advising both insurers and investors.

I have acted for corporate issuers, financial institutions, sovereign states and supranational organisations in the UK, Europe and the US on private placements, new bond issuances, note programmes and liability management transactions. I also advise clients on securities regulation and listings of debt on London and other European exchanges.   In addition, I regularly advise on private credit transactions involving both loans and capital markets instruments.
