Caroline trained at Halliwells LLP in Manchester and joined Hill Dickinson on qualification in 2005 initially as a corporate lawyer and then transferring over to employment in 2008.  Caroline progressed through the ranks internally and was made Partner in 2022.

Education

Caroline attended the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2001 with 2.1 LLB hons.  Caroline then continued her studies at the University of Law where she gained a Distinction.

Personal

Caroline is an experienced public speaker and regularly presents to a large audiences across a number of sectors including marine, retail and leisure and education in respect of all aspects of employment law, including new proposals and duties, analysing changes and assisting employers to prepare.

Caroline is described as pragmatic, commercial with in depth knowledge of employment law across a number of sectors.

Caroline acts in partnership with her clients, including assisting them on strategic discussions and assisting them on recruitment panels.

Caroline is a mother of two who enjoys dancing, open water swimming, reading and theatre.

Caroline is an elite level Touch Rugby Player, playing at club level, and for the North West of England and for the Eurostars.
