Sam is a highly experienced construction lawyer with 25 years’ experience.

He began his career at Taylor Wessing, where he trained and qualified in September 2000 before progressing to partner in 2008.

He was head of construction at Maples Teesdale LLP for 10 years (February 2015-December 2024) before joining Hill Dickinson in January 2025.

Sam offers the full range of advisory work for developers (particularly in the living sector), investors, funds, occupiers and logistics companies among other clients. He is also well equipped to handle major mixed-use developments, asset management and construction insolvency work.
