Mikaella's employment law practice covers a wide range of matters, including the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, termination procedures, employee rights and employer obligations, and corporate reorganisations. She also represents clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes before the Cypriot courts. She has contributed to the professional development of others in the field by delivering seminars on termination of employment law in June and October 2024.
