Valando has been engaged in the corporate and commercial legal sector since 2014, both as a corporate lawyer in a local law firm as well as a legal advisor for a corporate, business and advisory services firm. During this time she has been equipped with valuable expertise and knowledge in corporate restructurings and M&A projects, including cross border and domestic mergers, banking and finance transactions and corporate governance matters. She has considerable experience in drafting and reviewing a wide spectrum of legal documentation and commercial agreements and providing legal advice and support on general company and commercial law matters.
