Maria Pavlou is practicing mainly in the corporate and commercial sector. Her particular areas of expertise include management of companies, acting as a legal advisor for M&A deals, corporate reorganisations and financing transactions, performing legal due diligence and drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements. She also assists in re-domiciling companies in Cyprus or abroad, advises the clientele on a daily basis on regulatory matters and has extensive experience in general corporate and company law matters.
