Partner and Co-Head of the Immigration Department

Patrícia Valadas Coriel is a dual-qualified lawyer in Portugal and Brazil, and a partner at VCA – Valadas Coriel & Associados, where she is responsible for the Global Mobility of Clients practice.

Patrícia advises private international clients on structuring residence and nationality solutions, investment in regulated funds, qualified real estate transactions, and international tax planning. Her practice is characterised by an integrated approach to immigration, corporate, and tax law, ensuring regulatory compliance and legal certainty in cross-border operations.

Patrícia began her legal career at VdA – Vieira de Almeida & Associados, in the Corporate Law department. She holds a Master’s degree in Law, a postgraduate degree in Law and Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, and an International Executive MBA from FIA Business School in São Paulo.

Patrícia is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
