Position

Frank Brumby is a leading specialist in restructuring and insolvency, with more than 25 years’ experience advising on both corporate and personal insolvency matters.

He acts for a wide range of clients – including lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, partners and individuals – providing clear, commercial advice across all aspects of financial distress. His work covers everything from pre-pack administrations and winding-up petitions to bankruptcy, recovery actions and complex insolvency litigation.

Career

Passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) exams in 2000 and is authorised by the ICAEW as a non-appointment-taking Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Former Chair of the Eastern Region of R3 – the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Based primarily in HCR Law’s Norwich office, Frank also works with clients through the firm’s London and Cambridge teams, supporting businesses and individuals regionally and nationally.
