Laura has focused for more than 20 years on all legal issues concerning personal data protection, Internet and e-Commerce, consumer law and unfair commercial practices, advertising, IT law, new technology, digital media, contract law.

She advises clients on all the complex legal issues concerning the Internet and privacy: cyber security, information governance, protection of data bases, data mining, big data and predictive analyses, Internet of Things, user generated contents, social networks, profiling, cookies and adtech, employee monitoring, whistleblowing hotlines, geo-location based services, cross border transfers of data, biometric and genetic data, etc.

She has obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification and the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification through IAPP.
