James is a commercial litigator in dispute resolution and a partner in our London office.
Career
James is a solicitor advocate and has been helping clients for over 30 years with commercial disputes in the High Court and Appellate Courts, as well as with competition litigation, arbitrations, mediations, completion accounts disputes and independent determinations. James works with clients in a number of sectors including energy, IT, media, and financial services.
James lectures on a number of legal topics and is a co-author of Kendall on Independent Determination (5th Edition).
