He acts for lenders and borrowers on development and investment financings across the UK and continental Europe including significant experience on pan-European transactions. He regularly advises on secured senior and mezzanine financings, investment grade borrowing and also leads the team’s work on REO/NPL transactions.

Clients he acts for include BNP Paribas, Cerberus, Deutsche Bank, GLP, Goldman Sachs, Hammerson, Lloyds Bank, Morgan Stanley, PGIM and Societe Generale.
