Position

Sarah is a corporate partner, advising clients on corporate finance transactions and projects, including ECM, public M&A and ESG.

Career

Sarah advises listed companies on major transactions and projects, covering equity capital markets and public M&A, as well as managing the new and rapidly evolving ESG landscape.

Sarah has extensive experience advising listed companies and investment banks on IPOs and secondary capital raises, including rights issues, open offers, and placings. She also advises on public and private M&A and board-level corporate advisory matters.

With the ever-growing and evolving ESG regulatory regimes, Sarah supports companies in navigating increasingly complex disclosure and governance requirements, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. She advises on ESG regulation, soft law standards, and voluntary compliance frameworks, as well as ESG issues in transactions, supply chains, and diligence.
