Karen represents corporations, partnerships and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, including in lawsuits involving contracts, accountants’ and auditors’ liability, claims of breach of fiduciary duty and fraud, alleged securities violations, whistleblower claims, and trusts and estates disputes.
