Daniel represents issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders and service providers in term and warehouse securitizations and other structured finance transactions for a broad set of esoteric asset classes, including solar assets, property assessed clean energy (PACE) assets, unsecured consumer loans, timeshare loans, auto loans and government energy contract receivables.
