Cristina litigates complex intellectual property cases, including patent and trademark litigation, with a particular emphasis on technology in the fields of electrical, mechanical and computer sciences.

Cristina plays a key role on the trial teams in several successful and complex multi-patent cases. She represents Prism Technologies LLC in several patent infringement actions against major telecommunications companies involving access control for wireless networks, and recently obtained a jury verdict of infringement and a favorable settlement after a seven-day trial in two actions pending in the District of Nebraska. Cristina also represented another patent holder as part of a trial team that obtained a jury verdict of infringement in an action pending in the Northern District of California involving antivirus software and computer products.
