Kristopher is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on patent litigation involving the computer, electrical and mechanical arts. He represents clients in a variety of technology areas, including application software, network infrastructure, computer security, wireless networks and mobile operating systems. Notably, he has been an important team member on multiple trials in the computer security space that have resulted in favorable jury verdicts for clients.
