Austin is a litigator who works primarily on intellectual property matters, in particular patent litigation. Austin assists in the representation of clients at every stage of civil litigation, in both plaintiff- and defense-side matters. He has a strong background in complex civil litigation, as well as experience before federal administrative agencies. He has served as a member of trial teams for federal and state court trials, presented oral arguments, taken depositions, and drafted successful summary judgment motions and appellate briefs. He also has significant appellate experience in both federal and state courts of appeals.
