Guglielmo provides assistance to corporations, mainly listed on Italian regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities, as well as financial institutions in relation to corporate law, corporate governance and capital markets law issues with reference to transactions of both ordinary and extraordinary nature, such as, inter alia, issuance of financial instruments (both capital and debt), admission to trading, takeover bids, share capital increases, contributions, mergers and demergers.
