Career
Martin Le Touzé focuses on complex disputes where he acts for global companies in contentious matters before courts. Martin has experience in class action proceedings and other big ticket litigations representing clients before first instance courts, or at the appellate level in relation to commercial litigation, financial litigation, corporate disputes, and insurance disputes. Martin also has longstanding experience representing clients in enforcement and disciplinary proceedings brought by the French financial regulators (namely the AMF or the ACPR). In his career, he has gained substantial experience in AML-CFT related matters, having handled several major cases before the ACPR. Additionally, he has strong experience in the market abuse field from his involvement in sophisticated cases before the AMF. He regularly publishes articles in both French and English. He also provides training on market abuse issues to law enforcement authorities. Martin leads our Financial Services Litigation practice in EMEA. Furthermore, he also acts as Risk Partner and MLRO for the firm's Paris office.
