Career

Emma is the EMEA Regional Head of Employment, Pensions and Incentives based in Paris.

Emma is dual qualified in French and English law. She is based in our Paris office. She has headed the EMEA employment pensions and incentive practice since September 2018.

She advises clients on a wide range of complex French employment law matters, including national and cross-border transactions, reorganisations, restructuring operations, outsourcing, collective redundancies and employment protection plans, information and consultation with employee representatives at national and European level, advising on collective and industrial relations issues, senior executive contracts and incentives, senior executive terminations, restrictive covenant disputes, team moves, implementation of Ethic Codes, discrimination claims, employee investigations, international mobility issues and data protection.Emma plays a key role in clearly presenting the issues, demystifying the complexities and helping international groups devise a strategy for implementation of their labour strategy in France, enabling them to navigate the difficulties of a notoriously complex French employment law.
