Sébastien assists and represents businesses in contentious cases in trademark, copyright, unfair competition and commercial law matters, in the most complex situations relating to new internet and mobile services.

He also has extensive experience in preliminary proceedings at the European Court of Justice.

He also helps clients in contract engineering and compliance of innovative projects with electronic commerce law, privacy and consumer law.
