Camille is a Partner in our Corporate team in Paris.

Camille assists French and international clients on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, both domestic and multi-jurisdictional. Her expertise notably covers public and private M&A, joint ventures, group reorganisations and capital markets transactions, as well as securities law matters.

Camille has also developed a recognised expertise in corporate governance, regularly advising listed and non-listed companies on strategic issues, including the integration of ESG considerations.

She is a member of the Paris Bar and joined the firm in 2013.

Of French mother tongue, Camille is fluent in English.
