He focuses in international and domestic asset securitisation and structured finance transactions with a specific focus on trade receivables securitisation, real estate financing, distress financing and factoring. He advises banks, private capital funds, corporate and crowdfunding platforms.

Philippe has developed over the years an unique experience in structured financing using French fiducie in particular in the context of distress structured financing or real estate financing with a specific focus on crowdfunding lenders.
