  • Gaëlle is particularly renowned for her in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulated and unregulated investment fund landscape, and her trusted counsel to leading global private equity players. She is widely recognised for her practical, solution-driven approach and her ability to resolve complex tax matters from every angle, always putting her clients' needs first.
  • She regularly represents high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients in sensitive and high-stakes disputes with the Luxembourg tax authorities, covering both direct tax and criminal tax litigation. Her expertise includes audit defense, pre-litigation strategy, mutual agreement procedures, and court representation at all levels. Gaëlle also advises on the prevention of tax risks through proactive structuring and compliance.
  • In parallel, Gaëlle has developed deep expertise in private wealth planning, advising international families on cross-border asset structuring, succession planning, and investment vehicles – often involving Luxembourg and international trusts, holding companies, and funds. Her transversal approach ensures seamless coordination between tax, legal, and business considerations.
