Agnieszka has extensive experience in infrastructure, construction and industrial investments, as well as environmental projects.

She advises and represents investors in administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings, in particular in matters concerning environmental and construction decisions and investment permits. She advises at all stages of project development and implementation. She develops and reviews contracts for construction works, design works and investment supervision.

She supports clients in the implementation of procedures compliant with domestic and EU law, in compliance and ESG reporting, and develops regulatory analyses.

Agnieszka advises the waste sector on extended producer responsibility schemes, product fees and reporting obligations.

She also deals with public procurement law, particularly in relation to infrastructure and environmental projects, as well as geological and mining law, including issues related to concessions and the use of resources.

She has participated in numerous legislative processes and the transposition of EU law into domestic law. She has coordinated the process of EU law infringements and the processing of draft international agreements in the field of environmental protection.
