Karol has 15-years’ experience in business and corporate law. He supports domestic and international clients, as well as non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

He advises on mergers and acquisitions, from the stage of due diligence, through the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, to the closing and finalisation of the project. He supports clients in structuring transactions, selecting or designing the most optimal solutions for a given situation.

Moreover, he advises on the reorganisation, creation and liquidation of all forms of business activities, restructurings and insolvencies, and project finance, including establishing securities.

His clients include companies from the technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, real estate and media sectors.
