Eri is an experienced expert specialising in foreign investment, combining legal knowledge with a  deep cultural and business understanding of the Far East.

She supports foreign investors at every stage of entering the Polish market, advising on issues such as obtaining public aid, setting up companies, branches and representative offices, as well as facilitating residence and work permits.

Eri also advises on sales growth in the Polish and European markets, acting as a strategic connector who enhances expansion and business operations.

She actively attracts investors, especially from Japan. For 15 years, she has been developing Polish-Japanese relations, cooperating with both local authorities and government institutions.

Eri has played a significant role in attracting over 30 Japanese investments to Poland. Her strategic efforts, particularly those focused in the Łódź region, have contributed to local economic growth, and were recognised with an honorary award from the Ministry of Development and Technology.

Thanks to her unique experience and support, Japanese companies operating globally can successfully integrate to the European legal, regulatory, tax and cultural environment.

Her passion is music. Eri is a successful pianist and lover of the works of Karol Szymanowski and Fryderyk Chopin, and a winner of international competitions. She has released three albums of Polish music.
