Marcin is responsible for developing the business and marketing strategy of sectorial practices, strengthening client relationships, developing Kochański & Partners on the Polish market and sourcing new projects.

He specialises in comprehensive business development strategy and B2B consultancy, investor relations, and project management in the legal and tax areas.

He has secured and participated in the implementation of many complex projects in the field of corporate, tax exemption and relief, M&A, energy investments, environmental matters, competition and consumer law, tax proceedings and inspections, MDR and transfer pricing, among others.

He works with private equity funds, investors, chambers of commerce, special economic zones, and government institutions to support the attracting and development of foreign investments in Poland.
