Career
Paulina specialises in real estate law. She advises on commercial real estate transactions, including sale and lease back projects, and real estate acquisition and disposal.
She supports clients at all stages of the transaction cycle, from conducting the legal due diligence investigation, through drafting and negotiating the documentation, to finalising the deal.
She is experienced in developing and negotiating leases for office, retail and warehouse premises, both on the landlord and tenant side.
She cooperates with consulting firms, asset managers and teams responsible for network development and retail space acquisition.
Awards: Dean’s recognition for obtaining one of the best results in the bar exam, including a perfect score in commercial law
