Miroslaw specialises in tax and court proceedings. He represents clients in income tax, VAT, duty and property tax related cases before the tax authorities and administrative courts.

He advises on company reorganisation, including mergers, demergers, restructurings and transactions of organised parts of an enterprise.

He supports and represents taxpayers during inspections. He develops strategies in case of verification of performed transactions or tax settlements by the tax authorities.

Mirosław also advises clients on the development of optimal tax structures, tax succession issues (e.g. through family foundations), and provides ongoing tax advice to corporate groups, companies and individual clients.
