Luís Borges Rodrigues is the head of Real Estate practice Partner at Miranda & Associados, bringing more than 15 years of experience advising clients in the Real Estate and Tourism sectors. His practice spans complex property transactions, tourism‑driven investments, and cross‑border matters, particularly in Portuguese‑speaking jurisdictions.

With deep sector expertise, including in Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure, as well as with a strong international orientation, Luís is recognized for his strategic insight and his ability to support clients navigating complex real estate investment landscapes.

Luís has also contributed significantly to legal scholarship and thought leadership on real estate and construction in Cape Verde. His publications include multiple articles in the economic newspaper Oje and the book Real Estate and Touristic Investment in Cape Verde. He has also participated in international conferences, presenting on topics such as property acquisition by foreign investors
