Managing Associate

Ricardo Saraiva is a Managing Associate at Miranda & Associados with more than 10 years of experience. His practice focuses on Arbitration & Litigation, Construction, and FIDIC Contracts, where he advises on complex disputes, contract execution issues, and international construction frameworks.

Before entering private practice, he worked as an in‑house lawyer at a major multinational construction company, where he gained hands‑on experience with large‑scale engineering projects and construction‑sector disputes.

Ricardo has completed specialized FIDIC training in Doha, Qatar, covering both the practical use of FIDIC Conditions of Contract and the management of claims and dispute resolution. His technical understanding of international construction contracts is complemented by professional experience in arbitration and cross‑border dispute resolution.
