Juliette Ancelle leads the firm's IP, employment and dispute resolution practices, with a special focus on in the fields of advanced technologies, entertainment and social media. She helps clients navigate complex human or business situation, putting her experience in IP, employment or corporate matters at the client’s service.

As a certified Specialist SBA in Labour Law, she advises individuals and companies on multiple HR issues, from recruitment to termination of the employment relationship. She has also developed a solid practice on technology and intellectual property matters, acting as head of the firm’s litigation practice and building bridges with her employment practice on topics relating to the digitization of the workplace. She further regularly advises clients on corporate transactions (venture capital, MBO, Incentive plans, etc.).

She regularly teaches seminars, classes or conferences in her main fields of practice such as intellectual property, social media or employment law (IIMT, Federal Institute for Intellectual Property for the degree of patent expert, Masters Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Lausanne, etc.). She is also Chair of the Commission of Modernization of the legal profession within the Vaud Bar Association.
