Marina Castelli-Joos is a Swiss-qualified lawyer and is highly specialized in M&A, financing transactions and corporate law.

With over 15 years of experience, Marina advises a broad range of clients, including major venture capital and private equity funds, multinational corporations, startups, and SMEs, on various corporate matters, including M&A and distressed M&A, business transfers, venture capital and private equity deals, corporate restructurings, and debt financing. Marina Castelli-Joos also provides legal advice on corporate governance matters, drawing on her extensive professional experience across a wide range of economic sectors.

Prior to joining id est avocats Sàrl in 2020, Marina was a senior associate at a major Swiss commercial law firm.

Marina regularly publishes in Swiss and foreign specialized journals and gives lectures in her fields of practice. Marina was formerly the lead Swiss law expert for several chapters of the World Bank Doing Business Report.
