Linea R. Conforti

Linea is partner and attorney in our Corporate Commercial team. Additionally, she serves as the Chairman of the board at Lund Elmer Sandager. Linea specializes in corporate law and financial matters. She often assists large international companies with complex agreements, disputes, successions, and restructurings. Furthermore, Linea holds positions on numerous boards and has a strong international outlook, including representing Lund Elmer Sandager in the prestigious international legal network, Lexwork. Kristian Ambjørn Buus-Nielsen

Kristian is a partner in our Litigation and Arbitration team where he primarily advises on corporate law, financing/refinancing, leasing, and debt collection. He is highly specialized in advising clients in the financial sector where he has gained significant experience. One of his particular area of expertise is financial leasing, being recognized as a leading Danish professional. Kristian has published several articles on this subject and is a co-author of the book 'Financial Leasing - a type of financing'. In addition to this, Kristian has extensive experience in conducting cases before the Danish High Court. Kristian is known for his practical and commercial approach to legal issues. He is able to find tailored solutions that take into account both legal and commercial considerations. Clients can therefore expect clear and unambiguous answers that meet their needs.
