Christian B. Elmer

Christian is partner in our Insolvency team and serves as a permanent trustee with the Bankruptcy Court of the Maritime and Commercial Court. Christian advises banks, corporate clients, and others in relation to bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and also serves as a trustee in bankruptcy estates. In addition to his specialization in insolvency and bankruptcy law, Christian also acts as an advisor to several business clients. Pernille Bigaard

Pernille is one of the Denmark’s most experienced and leading insolvency attorneys. She has handled some of the largest bankruptcy estates and advised on the most complex restructurings. Per Hald

Per is partner and attorney in our Insolvency team. He advises companies on restructurings and all aspects of insolvency law. With more than 20 years of experience, Per has built solid expertise in restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, and compulsory dissolution. He works closely with clients to find solutions that create value in challenging financial situations. Per has right to audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a certified insolvency attorney. He is also a member of the Debt Collection Agency's attorney panel and advises on complex bankruptcy cases with a focus on efficient and responsible handling. In addition to his specialization in bankruptcy and insolvency law, Per advises a number of companies on construction and tenancy law matters, arbitration cases, corporate law issues, and M&A. Caroline Aarosin

Caroline specializes in insolvency. She provides advice on liquidation processes, restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy disqualification cases, and solvent liquidations and mergers for both large and small companies. Further, she has experience with the reinstatement of companies under compulsory dissolution and has advised on the management of companies during periods of compulsory dissolution.
