Having gained notable experience during her time in ErsoyBilgehan since 2016, Hazal has represented many international lenders in with facilities provided to Turkish borrowers in ship, real estate and asset financing transactions, leasing houses in sale & leaseback transactions, commercial vessel and cruise ship owners in sale & purchase transactions as well the registration and discharge of vessels, mortgages and other securities.
