Hande joined ErsoyBilgehan in 2024. After completing her master's degree in International Dispute Resolution at Keio University, she undertook an internship at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Subsequently, she enhanced her knowledge and experience of Japanese law and culture through internships at leading law firms in Japan, namely TMI Associates and Atsumi & Sakai. Upon her return to Turkey, Hande completed her legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association and started working as a lawyer. She is fluent in English and Japanese. She focuses on Maritime and Shipping Law in ErsoyBilgehan.
