Murat began his legal career after graduating from Bilkent University and having been admitted to the Istanbul Bar. He joined ErsoyBilgehan (EB) as an associate and, as of late 2024, continues to contribute to the firm in the role of ‘Of Counsel’. Murat gained extensive maritime and litigation experience during his practice as a lawyer at EB. He has a commercial aptitude and is a keen contributor to NGOs.

Murat continues to support the firm in addressing complex legal, commercial, and administrative matters.
