Petra Lakuš Borkovcová is a Senior Associate with BBH with extensive experience particularly in the fields of Insolvency and Restructuring, Litigation and Administrative Proceedings, Civil and Corporate Law and the areas of Financial Markets and Gambling Regulation. Ms. Lakuš Borkovcová has, among other projects, represented creditors in a number of insolvency proceedings, including some of the largest cases in the Czech Republic, such as the insolvencies of OKD, ČKD PRAHA DIZ, MODŘANY POWER, VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING and others. In addition, Petra also took part in the legal due diligence and subsequent acquisition of several major entities in the energy sector, a public offering of Eurobonds issued by Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura and several licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank.
