Elke joined the Tiberghien office in 2013 and is a member of the Antwerp Bar.

As a member of the Estate Planning practice group, Elke works on cases involving (inter)national wealth structures, with a particular focus on the application of Cayman tax. She also has extensive practical experience in tax regularizations, out-of-court settlements and repatriation of foreign assets.

Elke is also the author of contributions to professional literature (Tiberghien Handbook, tax journals)."
