Anniina Rantasalo specialises in employment law, dispute resolution, and conflict management.

Anniina advises domestic and foreign clients on matters related to day-to-day employment, service, and public-service relationships as well as on changes affecting personnel.

Anniina also represents clients in litigation, both domestic and international arbitration, and in conflict avoidance and conflict management. She particularly handles disputes related to employment and public-service relationships as well as criminal cases concerning occupational safety.
